How can you offer lower rates than my bank?
Our pooled processing volume gives us negotiating power an individual business doesn’t have. We distribute Global Payments services to hundreds of merchants, which lets us secure wholesale rates and pass them on.
Do I have to change my terminal or POS system?
Not necessarily. We integrate Global Payments and Clover terminals with most POS systems, including Foodteria, Colossale, Auphan and Cluster. If your current equipment is compatible, we keep it.
What does the free statement review include?
We review your current processing statement line by line: base rate, interchange, brand fees and hidden charges. You get a clear comparison showing your potential savings in dollars, within 24 hours.
Are there hidden fees or a long-term contract?

Do you support online payments?

I’m under contract elsewhere. Can I still switch?
Often, yes. If your processor raises a fee, Canada’s Code of Conduct for the payment card industry gives you 70 calendar days to end the agreement without penalty, related equipment agreements included. Bring us your statement and the change notice and we’ll tell you where you stand.
