Does the POS integrate with my payment terminals?
Yes, that’s our specialty. We integrate Global Payments and Clover terminals natively with every POS we offer. The bill amount flows to the terminal automatically, with no manual entry.
Do I need a point of sale to accept cards?
No. A standalone terminal is enough for many businesses, such as grocery stores, convenience stores, salons and garages. If you have a POS, we can also connect the terminal to it so amounts are never retyped.
What does the free statement review include?
We review your current processing statement line by line: base rate, interchange, brand fees and hidden charges. You get a clear comparison showing your potential savings in dollars, within 24 hours.
Do I have to change my terminal or POS system?
Not necessarily. We integrate Global Payments and Clover terminals with most POS systems, including Colossale, Auphan and Cluster; Foodteria and Genius with Global Payments terminals. If your current equipment is compatible, we keep it.
Do you provide training and support?
Yes. We train your team at installation and remain your first line of support afterward. No generic call centre: reach us anytime and someone who already knows your setup answers within 24 hours.
I’m under contract elsewhere. Can I still switch?
Often, yes. If your processor raises a fee, Canada’s Code of Conduct for the payment card industry gives you 70 calendar days to end the agreement without penalty, related equipment agreements included. Bring us your statement and the change notice and we’ll tell you where you stand.
